Meet the Owner & Founder
Hi, I'm Sandra!
I’m a single mom of two teen girls, a recovering perfectionist and the woman who looked at the exhausting grind of modern family life and kept thinking "we need to bring the village back.” Growing up, my own mother was a true Supermom who raised five girls and made it look easy (most days). But let’s be honest, life was different then. Today, the pressure on parents is impossible. We are constantly connected, influenced, pressured, overwhelmed and trying to run households without any backup.
I spent nearly 20 years in Federal Government operations management and corporate consulting, mastering systems and managing chaos. But when life got heavy for me, it wasn’t my resume that saved me, it was the incredible village of family and community that rallied around me.
Not everyone has that built-in support system, so I decided to build it for you.
Supermom for Hire was created to cover your family from every single angle. Whether I am inside your home designing sustainable organizational systems and coaching you through the mental clutter or The Super Sitters are stepping in to give you a break, we are here to restore your peace of mind.
We launched in Georgetown, Ontario in November of 2025 and quickly grew to over 40+ families because the need is hella real and parents are finally done pretending they can do it all alone.
